This medication is complete bullshit. Anyone with enough intelligence to read about these damn side effects should know not to take this SHIT. Do you want anxiety? Uncontrollable shaking feet? Death? Then take this bullshit, ask your doctor to prescribe you this KILLER of a drug that they are making billions of dollars from- off of you for being stupid enough to take something that "helps" but makes other things worse. This was made for schizophrenics people!!!! Wake the fuck up!!!Do your research before taking any drug and don't be so quick to trust someone just because they are a "Doctor". |

Cutting 2 mg. pill in half and taking once daily has dramatically cut increased blood sugar levels from 600 to 145. |

difficulty staying alert - very lethargic, weight gain, I feel anxious yet wound up, frequent urination and a weird tongue movement also.

It's really sad because the medicine helped with depression and severe mood swings but my foot started to jerk uncontrollably and I have gained 30 pounds, yikes! |

When the doc put me on this, I thought for sure we had a winner. Boy, was I wrong. My feet started to swell up,( they looked liked fred flintstone feet) . I looked up the side effects and it wasn't on there. So now I am tring other meds. |

I took Abilify for 6 weeks, while it took care of my irratability and took the edge off the depression, it made me extremely anxious. so much so that I couldn't sit still, couldn't focus on simple tasks or think straight. At night the insomnia was unbearable, if I could fall asleep I was still waking up every 30 minutes with racing thoughts and heart palpatations. |

The long 75 hour half life is a killer -- even taking it in the morning, means there's almost a full dose still in your system by bedtime. I'm dying for lack of sleep, and clonopan isn't enough to offset, not even serequel, and I can't take two antipsychotics at once |
